Its the start of week 2. Did synthesis for 2 products today, both with % yield of more than 90%. I learn how to do NMR and did it myself today~ Such fruitful day where i did synthesis, purification and NMR for 1 product with 94% yield all by myself. I also learned a shorter way to do a column chromatography where i will only use 200mL of solvent to get my products. Last friday, i used 1L solvent to get my products. It is actually a waste of solvent. If i didnt come to Monash University, i will not get so many experience in doing synthesis and purification. I will also not get to learn the various ways to do them. Thankful for the opportunity that NYP gave me and thankful towards my mom for supporting me financially and emotionally. HEHE!

Ikea trip after school~ The food here is so good~ So different from Singapore one but much more expensive. Walking to and fro takes up 40 minutes from Ikea to our house~ Everyday walk to and fro school is a form of good morning and evening exercise! The stars in Australia is so beautiful! It a pity that my camera can't capture such beautiful sky! The stars are all so bright and big! The stars just fill up the sky~
