Its a day where i can finally sleep in and wake up without the use of the alarm clock. After yesterday at the carnival, my body and arms are aching badly due to my death grip on the safety handle in fear of falling down when I'm on the hangover (where i was spun 360 degree for many many rounds) and the super violent crazy spin coaster (where there literally throw you to the other side but you are being restricted to the safety bars, therefore i was thrown towards Terrence the entire ride) T_T my poor body ache so badly!
Shopping at Harbour Town Shopping Centre. Heard that there are many factory outlets in it and were carrying a hopeful mind of buying loads of cheap stuff but, the truth is, not many shops catches our eyes. It is either the clothing are way too big for us or way too expensive for our liking. Not much stuff catches our eyes but eventually, we or rather i, found a shop that sell clothes that are damn cheap. It like 3 for AUD 20. I bought 4 pieces and Terrence bought 2 pieces. In addition, i also bought a headband~
Terrence and Alan both finally bought their shoes~ And i finally gotten my pair of slippers~ Its kinda a fruitful day for us. The Melbourne Star Observation Cruise is somewhat similar to the Singapore Flyer! So after a tiring shopping day, we took that tram back to Flinders Street and back to Clayton.
Today is kinda super breezy, i almost got thrown away by the super duper strong wind when i was on my way to the toilet in Harbour Town Shopping Centre. It was by far the strongest wind i had ever experienced in my life! I cant even take a step forward or stand rooted to the ground. The wind just pushed me back by a few steps! That is how strong it is.
We then waited at home for uncle Clement to fetch us to his and auntie Margaret's house~ Before going to their house, he brought us to the nearby reserve which has a quiet and peaceful lake with loads of duck/swans. The place is so beautiful and their house is so amazing! The kitchen is so huge and there is so many different rooms! I am so envious of their beautiful abode, it is so cozy and comfortable. Auntie Margaret is a very good chef, the food she cooked is very delicious, nasi lemak! The meal is so nice that i ate it all up! The taste is so homely~ Thumbs up for her cooking!
Auntie Margaret even packed food for our lunch tomorrow! Can't thank her enough for taking care of us so much! Thank you auntie Margaret and uncle Clement for inviting us to their house, cooking dinner for us then fetching us to and fro. We are so grateful and happy to have some proper Asian food which we had been lacking of for the past 2 weeks. We are also extremely happy to be taken care of in a foreign country. I doubt that we would be able to adapt this well without the help of their family! Thank you once again :)
