Early morning, Auntie Margaret and Uncle Clement's family bought the 3 of us along with his friends to Arthur Seat Road at Mornington to see the view from the top of the mountain. The view was totally maleficent! Pictures that I've took do not do justice to the actual view we saw. In Melbourne, you can't really find trash bin all around the parks or attractions like Singapore has. You actually have to carry your trash all around the parks, until you leave the park haha. That is how we carry our coffee and hot chocolate around the park. After being amazed by the amazing scenery, we drove down to the bottom of the hill where the beach is located at. It is kinda warm in the afternoon where the sun shines down directly on your skin but also cool when there is wind especially sea breeze.
We went for our first picnic in Melbourne by the beach with company from loads and loads of seagulls. The seagulls here are pretty aggressive when they fight each other to obtain food that drops to the grass. Having picnic there requires us to fend off the seagulls from attacking our food which was kinda easy as we have 12 people~ After eating, a walk around the pier at the beach is so relaxing. The water is pretty shallow and clear. There are just too much seaweeds and i cant believe that kids are swimming in the sea in this temperature. Don't they feel cold? I'm wearing 2 layer and my fingers are still freezing. I'm just not used to the coldness.
The next pier we visited was the Frankston Beach which is so pretty and crowded. As it is getting later, the temperature dropped quite a few degree celcius. There are still Australians wearing bikini and swimming trunks and jumping into the sea. WOW! Dinner was kinda awesome as we ate at the chinese restaurant near Knoxfield.
