Day 35 in Melbourne

Did a very horrible mistake today! Broke a round bottom flask when im capping a rubber septum over it. It contains my products! So me and Patrick ended up picking up pieces of my round bottom flask and wash it with acetonitrile to get my products out. Thank god that there is Patrick to help me! I cant thank him enough for volunteering to help me. We stayed back till 7pm to finish up setting up the reactions and everything.

I cant imagine what i will do without Patrick. I think i will just stare into the blank alone in the lab for quite awhile before i start doing corrective actions.
